Iris Bakery is open Thursday - Saturday 8.30 am - 2 pm, serving small-batch homemade sourdough, buns, cakes and other treats.
To help make sure you don't miss out, a pre-order system is in place for Thursdays: simply reserve your bread by Wednesday evening (8pm) for collection on Thursday 8.30 am - 2 pm in Hurstpierpoint.
Extra unreserved loaves are always available for drop-ins on Thursday, feel free to come along and see!
